(4800 km)

The World’s Toughest Row – Atlantic is more than just a race—it’s one of the greatest endurance challenges on the planet. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, a test of everything we are - as individuals, as a team, and as humans. Together, we will row nearly 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, from La Gomera in the Canary Islands to Antigua in the Caribbean. Only with the power of our bodies, the strength of our minds, and the bond we’ve built as a Team.
This challenge demands everything—physically, mentally, and emotionally. We’ll face towering waves, blistering sun, exhaustion, salt sores, and sleep deprivation and the constant rhythm of 2-hour shifts, day and night, for weeks on end. There’s no engine, no sail, and no external help—just the vast ocean, your crew and your Boat.
There will be highs and lows, moments of silence and laughter, challenge and triumph.
But this challenge is exactly what we’re here for. We’re not just chasing miles—we’re chasing growth, resilience, and the pure, raw experience of crossing an ocean as a team. What excites us most is not just the finish line, but the camaraderie, the shared struggle, and the knowledge that we’re part of something bigger.
