I love being outdoors—running, walking, dancing, biking, swimming, and especially rowing. While self-doubt often challenges me, I’ve learned not to let it hold me back from doing hard things. Endurance sports have become a way for me to connect with the mindset I strive for in daily life—one rooted in patience, humility, compassion, and gratitude. They push me beyond my caution and remind me of who I want to be.

Above all, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel they can thrive. Being a teammate is one of my favorite roles, and I believe deeply in the power of a team that celebrates, supports, and grows together.
